Worship without sacrifice means paying lip service to a belief, but not actually living those beliefs. What good is a conviction without the courage? Intent alone is not good enough. Action is required to make good on one’s intent, without which, intent in itself has no real value.

True, but before action there is intent and after intent there is plan (which is action) and action is important for results, and in same way intent is important for action. Every intent is not implementable and same way every action doesn’t give results; so choice has to be made everytime. Time is another dimension which may impact an intent to become action at a different point of time it may make sense and at another it may not! All is important and Nothing is important as well.
You don’t choose the action to be sacrifice or anything at all, it is others’ choice to call it sacrifice or nothing at all… you just act 🙂
